KEVIN MCCARTHY
Students and staff love Kevin's school show assemblies! He mixes fun and popular music with powerful character education messages and state-of-art technology for a memorable and impactful show. He has a variety of interactive character education programs which help create enthusiasm for the entire school and generate excitement for learning.
After seeing Kevin's show, the principal of Lorraine Elementary in S. Buffalo, NY stated, “This is by far the best assembly I’ve seen in 30 years”. He has over 70 school testimonials list on his school show website.
Kevin has been living his dream of being a full-time singer, songwriter, and entertainer for over 23 years and been performing professionally for over 30 years. He's a 4-time winner at the Buffalo Music Awards and in2009 he was inducted in the Buffalo Music Hall of Fame as a co-founder of his original rock group. He performs for all types of events throughout the USA, Canada, and in 2018 he performed multiple shows across Ireland.
In 2020, he performed at Highmark Stadium for the Buffalo Bills virtual Play60 Kickoff and performed 2 original songs for it, including the "Play60 Song". For over 10 years he has partnered with IndependentHealth performing shows for the Fitness For Kids Challenge. He has also written a theme song for their 95210 plus You Program. He’s fully insured and is a member of the National Association of Mobile Entertainers. He is a life-time native of Western New York and lives in East Amherst with his wife, Natalie and their 3 kids – Shea, Brennan, and Aiden.
